With an array of exhibits and performances that showcase the diversity of art offerings within the city, Hong Kong is now honoring its flourishing arts scene throughout the month, starting with the Hong Kong Arts Festival. Taking place February 23 through March 24, the event is featuring more than 1,700 international and local artists and more than 130 performances.
